2. Service Provision
How do we maintain such high optimization standards? By constantly refining our machine learning implementations. AzureFlow AI reserves the right to update, iterate, or modify features of our automation solutions at any time, provided these changes don't materially decrease the core functionality promised in your service tier.
Operational Continuity
Our goal is 99.9% uptime for all AI-driven processes. However, we're not liable for interruptions caused by third-party cloud providers or regional internet outages in Sandwell or your specific location.

3. Data & Intellectual Property
Who owns the outputs? You do. While AzureFlow AI maintains ownership of the underlying proprietary algorithms and generic automation logic, any business-specific data processed and the resulting unique insights generated belong entirely to your entity.
